Calisthenics

Calisthenics is a natural form of training that uses your body weight as resistance.

 

With the help of pull-up bars, parallel bars, rings, and other equipment, you develop functional strength, mobility, and coordination – skills you’ll use both in sports and everyday life. Each exercise engages multiple muscle groups, leading to effective, full-body strengthening, from surface muscles to the deepest layers. In our group classes, you’ll master both basics and advanced skills – from push-ups and pull-ups to muscle-ups and handstands. Every session is adapted to your level, so whether you’re a beginner or advanced, you’ll find what you need to progress.

Calisthenics Junior

Calisthenics Junior is a training program for children aged 6 and up, designed to develop proper movement habits, agility, and natural strength.

 

We divide kids into two age groups – younger (Grades 1–5) and older (Grades 6–9). Each group trains according to its abilities to ensure healthy development and make movement a natural part of everyday life. We teach kids the skills that should be the foundation of every PE class but are often neglected – push-ups, squats, rolls, bar flips, balance exercises, and other fundamental movements. All sessions are playful and fun, with a focus on safety and proper technique. Training helps children gain confidence in movement, improve coordination, and strengthen their entire body.

Circuit Training

Want to push your limits, improve your fitness, and build full-body strength?

 

Circuit training is the way to go! You’ll work through a dynamic mix of exercises across multiple stations, combining strength and endurance drills. Each round is a new challenge, helping you push further every time. Our sessions are designed for everyone – beginners can set their own pace, while seasoned athletes can push to their max. No two workouts are the same, so you’ll never get bored. Expect an intense, but fun hour that will leave you feeling every muscle – and walking away energized and proud of what you achieved.

Rings Training

Ring training is a unique challenge that builds full-body strength.

 

Working with your own body weight on gymnastic rings activates deep stabilizing muscles, improving your strength, stability, and coordination. You’ll learn fundamental exercises like pull-ups, dips, and holds, gradually progressing to more advanced gymnastic moves. Rings training is perfect for anyone who wants to master body control, push their limits, and experience something new.

Open Gym

Do you want to work out your own way, in peace, with no trainer watching over you?

 

At Open Gym, you have free access to pull-up bars, rings, parallel bars, a multipress, kettlebells, dumbbells, and much more. Outside, there’s a workout rig and a functional training zone on a comfortable artificial surface – no pebbles digging into your hands, just pure joy from movement. No one will tell you how to train here. But beware…leaving the equipment lying around might earn you a bonus workout!
