Joints

Every athlete should include at least one (preferably 2) three-month course of joint nutrition during the year. Thanks to joint nutrition, joints and tendons will receive the care they deserve. Prevention is in order in this regard and it is not advisable to underestimate joint nutrition. Don't wait until you have a problem with your joints. Use joint nutrition depending on your workload as prevention.
