Service Description
Not only with the help of bars, parallel bars, rings and other equipment, you build functional strength, mobility and coordination, which you will use not only in sports, but also in everyday life. Each exercise engages multiple muscle groups at once, which leads to effective and functional strengthening of the whole body, from the superficial muscles to the deepest layers. In our group lessons, you will master the basics and advanced elements, from push-ups and pull-ups to muscle-ups and handstands. We will adapt the training to your level, so you will find something for yourself with us, whether you are a beginner or an advanced user.
